I need an experienced roof plumber/pergola roofing specialist to inspect and rectify a recently re-sheeted pergola roof. The pergola is attached to the gable side of the house and slopes toward the house. New metal and translucent corrugated sheets have been installed, but during rain water is ponding on top of sections of the roof instead of draining properly. There is also significant leakage at the house-side end. I need the contractor to: * Check the roof fall/pitch and identify any low points or sagging. * Confirm the installed sheets have sufficient fall for their profile. * Rectify the framing/fall so water drains correctly. * Assess the house-side low end and install a suitable drainage solution, such as a back/box gutter if required. * Install proper flashing/weatherproofing where the pergola meets the house/gable. * Ensure water drains to a suitable outlet/downpipe. * Seal and weatherproof all sheet ends, corners and junctions. * Water-test the roof after completion to confirm there is no ponding or leakage. I am looking for a proper permanent repair, not just additional silicone/sealant. The roofing sheets are already installed, so I would prefer to retain them where possible while correcting the underlying drainage, fall and flashing issues. Photos and videos are available.

I have a large pergola with sheeting on top that I would like removed. It is joined to the wooden fascia with nails and screws so I would need this part done carefully, ie to not ruin the fascia. The pergola is about 9m by 3m. I also have some fencing posts and a small amount of fencing to be removed.

So frame is already there but need to install the roof on the frame just so we can party outside and make it rainproof looking for flat insulated or gable extensions like hut
