All structural work has been completed and the timber has already been cleaned and prepared. Approximate size: 5.3m × 4m The job involves: Applying 2 coats of exterior paint (Monument colour) to the remaining exposed timber. Taking care not to get paint on the new polycarbonate roofing. Paint will be supplied. This is a straightforward painting job and should suit an experienced handyman or painter with the appropriate ladders and painting equipment. We have what appears to be a blocked sewer line at the bottom of our driveway. Water/sewage is backing up from the drain/inspection point during use. Looking for a licensed plumber to: * Diagnose the blockage. * Clear the sewer line using appropriate equipment (drain snake/auger or jetter if required). * Test that the line is flowing correctly before leaving. * If possible, run a CCTV camera afterwards to identify the cause (please advise if this is an additional cost).
