an engineering failure to a structural timber beam supporting the front 1st floor verandah and roof. The timber has become rotten and the weight of vertical beares and roof has sunken, compressing into the timber therefore over 100mm of movement is shown in the roof/verandah structure. Beyond this are additional photos relating to the pooling slippery mould around the ground floor front door entrance, the pavers and cementing be removed and replaced with a concrete formed slab. Additional gutter and roof debris clearing is required at the backyard 1st floor verandah roof and silicon work to contain runoff storm water from leaking through the structure.
