Supply & Install 38sqm (approx) Concrete + Drainage & Excavation Description: I am seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for a comprehensive concreting and drainage project at my property. The job includes two concrete pads, stormwater drainage installation, and site preparation. 1. Main Concrete Pad (Car Space): Dimensions: 4.7m x 6.8m (approx. 32sqm). Location: In front of granny flat, connecting to the main driveway. Specs: 100mm thickness, 25MPA concrete, SL72 steel mesh, road base, and compaction. Finish: Coved finish, saw cut (control joints), and strip formwork. 2. Secondary Concrete Pad: Dimensions: 4.5m x 1.5m (approx. 6sqm). Location: Outside granny flat sliding door. Finish: Coved finish. 3. Drainage Works: Strip Drain: Supply and install a plastic strip drain across the garage front and connect it to existing stormwater. Ag-Line Pipe: Supply and install Ag-line pipe along the low area of the granny flat. This must be diverted to stormwater (or the lowest point away from the structure). 4. Site Prep & Equipment: Excavation: Prepare and level the worksite first, including excavation and full disposal of dirt/spoil. Concrete Pump: Please advise if your quote includes a concrete pump. Requirements: Contractors must have their own equipment (including laser levels for correct drainage fall). Please provide photos of similar finished projects (specifically drainage connections and coved finishes). Must be reliable and ensure a clean site upon completion.

Join between the cross bar and upright of the gate frame has loosened at the top and bottom make the gate go out of alignment and difficult to close. These are driveway gates that swing inwards on normal hinges which are solid. Need an experienced gate repairer or handyman to: straighten bend in the frame mend the gap in each corner by either adding a bracket/gluing or welding rehang the gate and check alignment
