The job Ly performed for us was very disappointing. We increased the offer to meet Ly’s requested payment because he detailed what he would do; complete installation of a 2nd hand kitchen. He didn’t tell us he could only work 8-2, and left the job half finished. He then asked for additional money to complete the job. The most worrying thing is Ly returned to the home (which tenants occupy) without our permission to take photographs. We were very disappointed and let down by Ly, particularly after reading his reviews. Fortunately Airtasker resolved the dispute.
