Looking for someone to paint the timber beams and frame of my outdoor patio/pergola. Paint will be supplied. Only the timber beams and structure need painting — not the polycarbonate roof sheets. The patio runs along the house and has multiple beams/rafters (see photos). Work is overhead so ladder access will be required. Scope: • Paint all timber beams and supports • Careful cutting around the polycarbonate roofing panels • Ideally 2 coats depending on coverage Area will be cleared before work.

Need a section of freshly poured concrete cut, broken up, and placed into skip bin. The concrete was poured too high against a newly built granny flat, so it needs to be removed back to the fence line to expose the brickwork/render. It’s about 3 weeks old. The Scope of Work: - Saw Cut: Make a clean, straight saw cut along the colorbond fence line to separate the concrete we are keeping from the concrete being removed. - Demolish: Break up the concrete strip next to the house (approx 10 square metres total). - Place all concrete pieces into skip bin Important Notes: - You will be working right next to a freshly rendered white wall. Extreme care must be taken not to damage, scratch, or splash onto the render. - Easy, flat access down the side of the house.

I’m looking for someone to provide a simple, short-term fix for water pooling at the edge of my driveway (see attached photo). During rain, water collects along the grass/concrete edge instead of draining away.
