Find a reliable local draftsman in QLD

We are seeking a licensed building designer/architect or draftsperson to help formalise our draft fit out plans. The job will involve visiting the site, taking measurements (our current plans are based on estimated measurements). Fit out will involve: - Construction of internal partition walls - to create 2 offices and one storage room, plus a few other partitions (see attachments) - 2 baths (1 powder room, 1 normal sized bathroom) - installing various windows, new doors. - installing concrete ramp with balustrade to new entry - potentially installing fire partition wall (Certifier has been engaged and will advise shortly) We are looking for someone quick and affordable. This is a very basic fit out. Survey, further images, specs etc to be supplied after task is accepted.

Draftsman to draw plans for butterfly stairs off existing back deck. House is in Red Hill, Brisbane Carpenter engaged who would like plans drawn with the following Suggestion: Stair landing on it's own footing with lower stair flight sit on the deck with double joists underneath. I bought a house with a large two-year-old deck attached. The deck was built during Covid and did not receive building approval. I need to get a retrospective certification for approval.
