Hi! I’m looking for an experienced tradie to remove wall tiles in a small bathroom. The job also includes removing the entire shower, including the brick base. Under the shower base there is cement that needs to be removed, and the area must be left smooth and level. The floor tiles must NOT be removed they will stay so I need someone with experience and great attention to detail to ensure the existing floor tiles are not damaged. The job should take around 2–3 hours. You’ll need to bring your own tools and have a small truck/ute to take the debris away including a vanity . Demolition removal and disposal of existing kitchen including demolition of two (non-load bearing) pillar walls, benches, cabinets, oven, range hood and sink. We also need removal and disposal of the kitchen tiles and coving. Quote to include demolition, removal and disposal. NOTE: Apartment is on the third floor of the building with no lift, so there are 5 flights of stairs, but a wide stairway with landings on each level (images of stairway are included). Need to get old shed demolished. It’s a home made job, quite dilapidated, made of wood, glass and corrugated iron. Approx 4m x 5m. The main complication is that it at the bottom of stairs, and so the junk needs to taken away that way.

Knock down brick pillars there are 17 of them and the fences, also plants and rubbish if there is extra room in the truck, the pillars are not cemented and will be easy to remove

Bathroom has already been stripped out with the exception of tiles. I just need tiles removed from walls and the tiles and screed removed from the floor. Bathroom is 2x2 metres and only 1.2m high except the shower recess. A third of the floor is already up. 1sqm already off the walls. Walls are brick rendered. I have a demo hammer with a tile bit. Must have demo experience. Waste to be loaded into a trailer on-site. Needs to be complete tomorrow or Saturday.

I’m needing help with my kitchen renovation. The task is removing tiles on a cement screed (4 square meters) that has been applied on a concrete slab. A plug in jack hammer will be required as our Makita one is not powerful enough.
