On 15/3/2024 I will take possession of a house I bought. The next day I want to start renovation by demolishing a few wall, removal of 220 sqm of flooring (carpet and timber, some tiles and wet areas), removal of 2 bathrooms. A quote for this is required. Existing clear polycarbonate roofing to be removed and replaced with same on our top balcony pergola. Can supply polycarbonate flat sheets. Would prefer a roofer as it needs appropriate fixing to avoid leaks when it rains. Pergola length is 5.5m; width of sheets is 1.5m. It is our top balcony but we currently have scaffolding in place for house painting so easy access. Have put date Nov 8 but flexible between now and Nov 12. - Due date: Flexible
