We have one large 3m x 3m shed that needs dissembling and disposing (welcome to keep if you want to relocate it as is still in good condition). Also have 3 x smaller sheds 1.5m x 3m to build in its place. My husband is available to assist but needs a second pair of hands to help him out. We are planning to order a pergola from Pergolux. Apparently it takes between 6 to 8 weeks to get here so we think install only likely in Feb. We will need some concrete placed for the footings. We will need someone who has assembled and installed a pergola before. I’ve reduced the budgeted amount, as we can more easily increase the amount if detailed cost works out higher than trying to get funds refunded if it works out less. Happy to negotiate.

Approx 8m2 of Slate tiles need to be removed to make way for new carpet. Located in an external games room with easy access to the driveway. Not a big job for someone with the right tools, a hammer on a trolley is my preferred method trying to preserve the slab underneath as much as possible.
