The job is to install a 10-metre ledger board along the roofline of the brick wall shown. The board must be fixed directly into the rafters (not the fascia) using reinforced plates or heavy-duty brackets. The house has eaves, so part of the eave sheeting may need to be temporarily removed and reinstalled. All fixings to be galvanised or stainless steel for outdoor use. Job is in Perth – City of Cockburn area. Option to quote for the full pergola frame later (Toja-style with shade slats). Please include in your quote: Labour to install the ledger board. Supply of fixings/brackets (if not provided). Confirmation that the board will be secured into rafters, not fascia only.
