Hello! Looking for a certified builder. House open to view Friday 3 november at 12.00 only. Videos of kitchen and bathroom in current state can be shared via email Please find the draft future plan for the bathroom below. The old bathroom needs to be removed. Tiles should be up to between 1 - 1.5 m depending on the size of the tiles. There will be tiles on the floor in the shower + a L-shaped showerscreen with sliding door. Tiles 2.1 m high in the shower. Kitchen, draft future plan + video of current state and some pics attached. Kitchen needs to be removed. Please be mindful of the built in wardrobe in the left corner. We would like to have an acrylic backsplash behind the cooktop and the sink. I am looking for a quote for both rooms seperately + 1 for it together. All works needs to be done so plumbing, electricity and removal of current needs to be included in the quote. we'll need a shower shelve in the shower room (not built into the wall but attached) Please let me know cost involved, how long it will take and if you are available to start from Tuesday the 21st of November. We have a single storey house that we are looking to convert to a two storey house. Have some basic ideas but we need an architectural draftsperson to bring it to life - will need some idea around what's feasible from an engineering background too. We have now secured the plans from council - see below. We also want to move the kitchen to the family area (per plans seen below).
