Ideally, I’m looking for one contractor to provide a turnkey, fixed-price quote and coordinate all required trades. However, I’m also open to dividing the project between contractors. I need a water pipe extended and a new tap connected on the other side of my driveway. The driveway is concrete and will need to be cut - but its easy cutting with the right tool.
