Seeking experienced, appropriately licensed and insured contractors to complete council-approved subdivision works at a property in Hahndorf. Ideally, I’m looking for one contractor to provide a turnkey, fixed-price quote and coordinate all required trades. However, I’m also open to dividing the project between contractors. If you’re interested in only part of the work, please specify which items you can undertake. Scope of works: Demolition of specified structures and materials Loading, removal and lawful disposal of all waste Site clean-up following demolition Electrical disconnection by a licensed electrician Construction of a small retaining wall Minor widening of the existing driveway Associated excavation and groundworks Contractors must supply their own labour, tools and equipment. Access to a suitable digger or excavator will be required for relevant parts of the project. Council approval is already in place. The full brief, approved plans and additional details will be made available to suitable contractors. A site inspection will be required before the final scope and price are agreed. Cut through approx 1.5m of stamped concrete driveway along non painted edge (cut RHS) where slab has been lifted by tree root. When cut balance of slab to right will go back into place and I will need to lift the cut part and remov offending root before repacling cut slab
