Timber bbq area needs to be demolished and rubbish removed. It is a LPG bbq so there are no gas connections. The timber unit is 2.9m length, 73 cms depth and 96 cm height. We are on the ground floor of an apartment builidng with no external access. The bbq unit is in the courtyard. (Budget quoted to be negotiated - only a starting point)

Work required: • Install temporary supports • Remove and replace rotten beam with new treated timber • Install new plates/fasteners • Realign pergola so it no longer presses against the house • Realign and secure house fascia • Refit or replace soffit/eaves sheet • Clear debris behind the eaves ⸻ 2️⃣ Garage Door Timber Post Replacement The timber post/jamb on one side of the roller door is rotten and currently holding the track and opener bracket. This needs to be replaced. Work required: • Remove rotten post • Cut and fit new H3 treated pine post • Reattach garage door track bracket • Ensure correct alignment • Seal/prime timber • Check door operation (basic adjustment if needed) ⸻ You’ll need: • Carpentry experience • Ability to handle structural timber repairs • Tools + ladder • Experience with garage door frames or willingness to adjust track if needed

3mx3m easy shed install on concrete slab

I am panning to get a garden shed to be installed in the garden. The one that I am planning to buy is 3m width, 2.08m height and 1.52m length. So need the ground which has pebbles and stones right now to be levelled and everything done to secure the shed properly. How much will it cost? Planning to buy from bunnings. How long will you need and happy for you to inspect the property if needed.
