Need to build a fence with footings

Brick wall has developed two cracks, see photos. Please outline what you'd do to perform localised repairs so that the crack doesn't re-appear, before rendering and colour-matched painting. Please make an offer, obviously I don't expect this job to be done for $10. Thanks :)

We need a Brick layer to come over and build some partition walls for our outdoor bbq and bathroom area, preferably someone with experience. All materials will be supplied, bricks already on site so please quote for labour only just need your own tools. Probably a day or 2 worth of work for a couple of guys. Task: Repoint cracked and deteriorated mortar joints around an exterior brick window. Only the failed joints need repair. Previous patching that is still intact should be left alone. Cracks are full‑depth and have allowed water in during wind‑driven rain. Scope: • Rake out only loose or cracked mortar (approx. 15–20 mm depth) • Repoint those specific joints with fresh mortar • Ensure joints are watertight • Do not replace or repair the cracked brick face — it’s shallow and not required • No interior work Requirements: • Experience with brick repointing • Supply mortar and tools • Finish neatly and suitable for exterior weather exposure
