Site: The pipes visible in the cavity are defunct/disconnected. Requirements: Must bring own tools and mixing tub.

1 x wall requires brick stitching to repair cracks, approx 1.7m high. Crack stitch wires supplied by me to be embedded in 4 courses and all beds and peeps to be filled neatly. Install 1 x expansion joint in at brick expansion to be tided with mortar on right side splits.
