Recently purchased property which has some issues with leaking from shower down into the below property. Strata organised someone to come in to take a look and diagnose the problem and they guy diagnosed it. Diagnoses in pictures. I’m not sure how much these things cost normally so do not take note of budget. My understanding from the guy who diagnosed it is that: 1. There is an incorrect packer on the shower screen which needs to be taken out, replaced and resealed. 2. Shower drainage issue may be fixable by sealing off the hacked out sides.

Hi there - 3 tasks needing done - licenced plumber only: 1. I have bought a new mixer for the kitchen faucet (comes with new hoses if required) need existing one swapped out. New model is Caroma Elements. 2. I have a leaky hot water bathroom tap (leak at bottom of tap body) needs fixed and for good order same done for cold tap. 3. I have an Imperial brand toilet that occasionally on a full flush will keep flushing and to stop this I need to push the half flush and it stops. Any time today works for me. PS this job was posted yesterday and I accepted a quote for action today but its just been cancelled as the plumber is now unable to turn up to complete the job!!!

Wanting to get my bathroom renovated. Having leaking issues and tiles falling off walls.

I'm looking to get the main bathroom renovated and seeking quotes from licensed and experienced builders. I'm going to supply bulk of the materials so need quote for mostly labour. See photos. Scope of the project: - Remove all existing tiles, vanity, shower screen and plumbing from walls and floor. - Builder to supply and install new 6mm villaboard for walls before re-tiling with good quality materials. - Proposed wall tiles will be large size 300x600 or 600x600 supplied by the owner. - Floor tiles to be large in size as well supplied by the owner. - Existing toilet to be kept in the same spot. - Vanity and shower to be kept in the same spot so minimal plumbing work required. - Install new wall hung vanity supplied by the owner. - Apply three coats of waterproofing to the wet area. - Total floor measurements are 2100mm X 2700mm. - New shower wet area to be 1600mm X 1000mm. - Walls must be tiled up to the ceiling with the height of 2700mm. - Supply and install new frameless shower screens. - Install new ceiling exhaust fan, heating and lighting supplied by the owner. - Install new mixer tapware in shower, toilet and vanity supplied by the owner. - Seal all the gaps and joints at bathroom area. - Install shower with new tapware bathroom accessories supplied by the owner. - Builder to supply all other underlying materials to complete the project. - Builder must leave the premises clean at the end and not cause any damage to the rest of the property - I'm open to receiving recommendations regarding materials purchase. I need to renovate my bath room ~ 2m x 2m. The current construction is tiles on brick walls. The home is currently vacant, single storey brick home with private garage.
