These items are being reused and installed in another home, so they must be removed without damage. Both houses are vacant. Items to remove Vanities 1 × Floating single vanity (900 × 500 × 370mm) including basin and mixer 1 × Floating double vanity (1800 × 500 × 370mm) including two basins and mixers Toilets 2 × Fienza Koko Tornado Flush back-to-wall toilets - Please retain braided water lines, pan connectors and any reusable fittings where practical Mirrored Shaving Cabinets 3 × Mirrored shaving cabinets Cabinet size: 680 × 430mm Mirror size: 900 × 450mm Bath 1 × Freestanding bath (1500 × 750 × 600mm) Including bath mixer and spout Accessories 4 × Towel rails 2 × Toilet roll holders Transport (Preferred) Ideally, I'd like the successful Tasker to also transport the removed items from Clear Island Waters (near Robina) to Banora Point, NSW (approximately a 35–40 minute drive). Hi there, I’m looking for an off sider to assist with a bathroom renovation and general tiling throughout a granny flat. I have experience but need something else with some experience to work with me to get the job done. Screed, tile, install vanity, toilet, shower screen and fittings. I have heaps going on so would like someone who can take over for parts of it. Rate $35-$40 an hour depending on experience. All demolition has already been completed, with existing pipework exposed and wall/floor chases prepared for the new layout. The scope is primarily to: -Install new pipework to suit the updated bathroom design -Replace the existing main valve (currently leaking intermittently) I’m happy to assist with any additional preparation work if required, to help streamline the installation. While this may sound like a large job, most of the labour-intensive demolition and chasing has already been completed—so the focus is on the plumbing installation. Needing a bathtub taken out and a new shower installed along with tiling

I am looking for some quotes as I need a carpenter to assist with my bathroom renovation and I would like to get started as soon as possible. I need a small section of the wood floor cut out so my plumber can access the pipes underneath. Then I will need the floor put back or fixed up after. I also need a ledge built across one wall approx 1200 high and 2500 long, that serves as a nib wall for my mixer, and a niche into the shower. I may also need cement sheets laid too.
