Find a local audio visual technician in Gold Coast

Hi I need someone to drop in and film a choir show for a couple of hours at HOTA on Sunday 1 November in theatre 2. Ideally I'm looking for someone with some videography experience and maybe their own camera, although I can provide one if needed. We will have other cameras locked off, so it's just a matter of getting close ups, slow pans across the choir and more creative shots / audience reactions etc. Capturing the general vibe of what's going on. It's a small theatre with an intimate space and we have around 50 performers. The concert runs from 4-6.30pm with a 20 minute interval. No editing or post required at all. If using your own camera, I'll provide an SD card to record onto or will copy yours straight after the show. Thanks

We are looking for someone to photograph and/or video our small, relaxed wedding on Saturday 5 December 2026 on the Gold Coast. Our day will include: Chapel service – St Margaret's Chapel, HOTA Photos at Emerald Lakes – French Quarter Reception – La Calabrese restaurant Approximately 50 guests Approximately 10am–4pm It is only a casual affair at a restaurant, so we're not looking for a big traditional wedding photography package or anything overly staged. We'd mainly love someone to capture the important moments, some family/group photos, couple photos and plenty of natural/candid shots throughout the day. We'd also be interested in some video footage of the day. We can provide our own Nikon D5500 camera for the photography if you'd prefer to use it. Please let us know if you're comfortable using this camera. We're looking for someone who has some experience with photography/video and can capture the day naturally and professionally. Please provide your best quote for approximately 10am–4pm. If you have an Instagram page, website or other social media where we can see examples of your work, we'd love to have a look. Thank you! 😊

I'm from Aurum Health Orchestra - we are a charity organisation with an upcoming concert supporting Gold Coast Hospital Foundation next Saturday October 3rd at 6-9pm. We had a photographer/videographer lined up for this concert, but they have unfortunately just cancelled last minute, so we are hoping to find another way to get our concert filmed and photographed. We don't have much room in our budget, so looking for a reasonably priced way to get footage of our concert. Thank you

Looking for someone with a great eye for social content to capture our engagement party on a private rooftop bar in Surfers Paradise on Saturday 14 November 2026. It’ll be a fun rooftop party with a good atmosphere. I’d normally be the one taking all the photos/video myself but this time I actually want to be in them and enjoy the party! 😆 So I’m looking for someone to step in and capture all the little moments I normally would. The overall brief is basically “make it look like I somehow managed to be everywhere at my own party” but here are some more specific details: * 4 hours - 4pm-8pm * Candid photos + short video clips * Fun moments, laughter, drinks mingling * Group photos * Aesthetic & fun vibe * Raw photos/videos supplied same day No professional camera or polished event video needed, if you’re great with iPhone photography we want to hear from you. We mainly want lots of photos and videos to remember the night, without having to be on our phones ourselves. Experience with Reels/TikTok/Instagram content is a bonus. Please send examples of your work style / content you’ve created 😊

I'm putting up 2 x photo walls & need mainly colour adjustments to 14 photos, so it blends well with my home decor. Ie trying to replace reds with burgundy, dark pinks or parts in black & white. Some subtle background adjustments too. I've limited photos I can upload on here, but you should get the drift. Should be a breeze for professional editors. I've managed to do a few others, but stuck on the final 14.
