Photo & Video: Half-Day Training Event at Abbotsford Convent (April 25th) We're a social enterprise running a half-day training at The Oratory, Abbotsford Convent on Saturday April 25th (10:30am - 3:30pm) and we're looking for a photographer/videographer to capture the day. What we need: • Candid photography throughout the day. The room, the facilitation, participant moments, audience shots, the in-between. Natural, warm, editorial feel, not posed or corporate. • Continuous video capture of the training and the audience. Full session coverage including facilitator and participant moments. Portrait orientation preferred for social content. We want the raw footage to work with later. • Testimonial recordings with participants post-event. Clean audio is essential. Deliverables: • Edited photos (colour corrected, delivered digitally) • Full video capture of the day both speakers and audience (raw files) • Testimonial recordings with clean audio (raw files) Open to suggestions: If you have ideas on what a light edit package could look like on top of capture (short social cuts, a recap reel, etc.) we'd love to hear what you'd propose and at what cost.
