I’m looking for someone to be in charge of the audio during my wedding ceremony. It would entail: - Playing a designated playlist whilst guests are being seated - Playing song as bride walks down the aisle - Switching between music and microphone when celebrant is speaking - Playing song as we walk back down the aisle - Starting the cocktail hour playlist The technology provided will be a pair of JBL speakers and a microphone connected to them. Preferably looking for someone who has done things similar in the past, let me know what you’ve done. Let me know what your process will be and what audio program you would be using. The wedding is an 80 guest garden wedding in Rocksberg, near Morayfield, QLD. It is on the 6th of June 2026. We would need you from 10:30am-11:30/12 (1-1.5hrs). You would be free to leave once the ceremony has finished and cocktail hour playlist is on.

Late 2027: Booking a videographer/video editor. Palhelp will be recording up to 20 people, telling their life-stories to camera or speaking to audio. The finished stories to be supplied to the individuals and audio/ visual clips made up for an exhibition in Hobart. The videography will take place in and around Hobart/ moonah/eastern shore and is likely to take place over 2-3 days. Subsequent editing can be done at any time, ready for the exhibition in summer 2028.

We have set up a small recording room and need an experienced AV/streaming tech to fully configure it for podcasting and YouTube live streaming. Tasks include: optimizing audio (mic setup, sound treatment advice), connecting mics/cameras to laptops, installing and configuring Streamlabs/OBS, linking YouTube Live, FaceTime live, setting up phones as cameras if possible.
