We're producing a team announcement for a lovely community services provider, and we need a videographer for half day onsite filming. It's a warm, people first shoot of staff, genuine moments during team meeting, micro interviews & enough grounds and abstract action coverage of the centre to tell a story. When Tuesday 29 July 2026, ~5 hours onsite, 9am start preferred. Where Wanneroo, WA. What we're filming Interviews, candid coverage of a team meeting / training session in progress. Plenty of supporting and cutaway footage: the centre, gardens, hands at work, warm everyday moments, details and textures. A couple of presenter pieces to camera. Treat the shot list as a guide, while we have some key moments we need to capture, we'd rather you follow your eye and over capture so we have lots to work with. What we need back We make our own cutdowns, so we need all raw footage. Every usable take, full resolution, native files, nothing deleted. Sorted into simple folders (interviews, session, supporting footage) with clean, separate audio files if possible. In terms of editing we need one polished hero edit, roughly 60 to 90 seconds, with music and basic colour and sound. We would need this relatively quickly after the shoot by the 3rd August. Footage in 4K 16:9, and if you can frame some moments to also work vertically for social, even better, but not a must. Gear Your own professional kit: 4K camera, stabilisation, tripod, professional audio (lapel and shotgun) and a soft portable light maybe for interviews - unsure what the weather will be like on that day so we don't want it to look dreary if it is raining. Who we're after A solid showreel, ideally some interview, corporate or documentary style work. Comfortable and gentle working around vulnerable people (i.e. elderly / special needs) and in a care setting. Reliable, professional and calm around a live session.
