We're planning to have our house painted soon. Some repairs are needed to four (4) rendered concrete window sill edges (ground level) where the render has cracked and/or broken away and revealed a plastic edging strip (see photos). Each window sill is 1.5m long. So the job would be to remove existing broken rendering and plastic strips, prepare surface, replace the plastic strips and render over with matching concrete ready for painting.

Bought a new (older but refurbished) door, need someone to replace the old door with the new one. It appears to need some planing to square it up to fit, so need a chippie or someone who has done this before and had success. The hinges on the new door currently sit 10mm higher than the existing so the mortise on either the door or truss will need adjusting. A new striker plate will also need to be installed.
