Remove approx 105 tiles, glued on quite well and the windows are thin can’t apply too much pressure

External leading door. Wooden door on wooden frame. Water damage has caused hinge to come off. Needs to be reinforced and repaired.

Old wooden door has swollen in the wet and cold. Appears to have impacted the hinges jamming the door. Pictures not clear however the chipped paint shows changes to hinges.

Garage door stops opening halfway and sometimes won’t open at all when using the remote.
