Roller garage door makes alot of noise

Need larger dog door installed into Screen door with existing smaller dog door.

Garage door only opens halfway with the opener and too heavy to lift manually and won’t stay up if lifted. Spring and cable look intact. Spring needs to tighten to balance the door.

I would like someone to supply and install a new shower screen door to slide from left to right in the spot that this existing one is in. You'll have to remove the existing ones so you can put the new one in

Repair sliding shower door which comes off hinges and gets stuck

Need an internal door replaced and painted. We can reuse the existing handle and lock (see attached photo). The door itself can be purchased from Bunnings for around $80. I just need someone to fit, paint, and install it. Additionally, there’s a hole in the wall that requires repair (gyprock) – photo attached with measurements.

Installation of new bathroom door inc: cutting of hole for door handle + lock; and installation of hinges of door.

1 x Kitchen cabinet door came loose of the fixing. Needs repair to the cabinet to hold fixing and secure door. 4 x ikea cabinets require alignment.

So I have a cabana that isn’t in any use so I wish to extend with concrete(arranged) all around then I need to close it up with a roof, windows & sliding doors ( which I can arrange) also wanted a pergola. I’ll possibly get a used one but need someone to lock it in the ground with concrete after we finish. So basically a really good handyman that’s got lots off experience & good knowledge off materials..

My Roler door hinge had come off the bottom one and the cable is tensioned need some one now to repair it
