Our large balcony security screen sliding door has come off the track and is not closing properly. We need it to be put back on the track.

We were hoping to have installed five swing out flyscreens (two in the lounge room, two in the main room and one in the bathroom). There are also three venetian blinds to remove to best fit the flyscreens. Approximately 55 x 112cm in the bed/living room (four of these). Approximately 51 x 95cm in the bathroom (one of these).

I am getting my house ready for sale and need my garage door painted, bathroom ceilings painted and some holes filled and painted. Also the balcony needs patching up and any discolouration painted over. I have some paint for bathroom ceilings and walls but not for the garage or the balcony. I am happy to pay for that of course.
