Install two window latches in bathroom. Window portion is simply screwed into wooden window frame. Bottom portion must be secured into tile (see photos). Must supply tile or masonry drill bit plus anchor.

Need a internal door replaced. I will remove old door, buy the door and paint new door. Just need it fitted. It is a 2040 x 820 door, however going by measurement of current door will need to be cut to 2040 x 815. So basically cutting door, fitting hinges and hardware and hanging.

I have some broken (or about to break - some have hairline cracks) bullnose terracotta tiles on rear stairs. There are six in total. I have replacement tiles just need old ones removed and these replacements fitted. I have no idea on price so I have just put a guess in. Access is very easy and power etc available.
