A small treated pine timber door, less than 1 x metre by 1 x metre with galvanised hinges and latch. Not more than 5mm gap surrounding the gate and the brick wall opening, and not more than 5mm gap between pine palings. The door is to go under the deck approximately in the location of where the air conditioner motor sits on the brick wall above. Definitely needs an inspection to quote correctly. The location of the door is in the second photo. It is on the RHS of the concrete steps under the deck -so you will need to crawl in on your belly to measure and install -sorry!
