The hinge on an external door of the building is broken and has unattached from the fibro wall behind. The hinge seems to be ok, just needs to be reattached to the wall.

For some reason this handle was installed without the locking mechanism and face plate. Need someone to install. Have bought similar handle and have internals for lock that can be used.

Need someone who can urgently do today

This internal door was removed as part of the tiling works. It's a hollow core not crazy heavy with existing hinges in place on door and frame. Just can't do it myself. This property is about to go for sale so just need the door refitted asap.

Door handle is stuck and won’t open

There is a roller door and a hinge door that needs planing as new carpet was installed and they won’t fit. The doors will need to be trimmed and also installed. Additionally, there’s a separate roller door that needs alignment as it doesn’t open and close smoothly.

I need our door button repaired weld repairs. The door button is used to push down to open the door, but it recently failed and half the button fell off. I need a welder to weld 30mm of steel to the remaining button, to extend the button and make it normal length again.
