Window sash has broken - need new sash and re hang window. Please only tradesmen who have done this work previously.

I have one sash window in the laundry room. The window does not close or open. Looks like the sash cord needs replacing. The sash weight might have an issue too but I’m not 100% sure of this.

I have a few tasks needing work. Mainly I have some sash windows in a property I am moving into soon that need service / repair. I think it one the sash cord needs to be replaced and the other may be the same or the weight balance is off. Glass panel is also broken in one and needs to be replaced. Separately I have some additional tasks needing to be done such as barn door roller track replacement with new, shifting internal door from one room to another, changing door handles. Would prefer someone come Take a look and quote first for the work but an approx or price guide first is required.

We have three sash windows that don't work. In two, the cord has snapped. In one, it has been painted shut. We'd like to be able to open and close our windows. I have no idea what this involves or how time consuming this would be so have included a budget to get the ball rolling.

3 x Leaking sash windows. Frames have rotted and internal cedar bead has rotted through with water coming in. Holes in frames have been bogged but may sections may need to be cut out. Ideally not replace whole frame.
