I'd need a qualified carpenter to fix my timber window frame. It is a large window, probably 3m x 2m. Only a corner needs to be fixed, probably 30cm on the vertical board and 20cm on the horizontal board. Not sure if that involves only fixing the swollen area or the two entire timber boards need to be replaced. The wood got swollen due to a leak. The leak is supposed to be fixed now, so it is time to fix the frame. Timing is crucial for this job. I'd need to get it fixed as soon as possible, latest I can wait to get it finished is a week. If the board requires painting then I also need the job to include the painting of the board. Also, I need someone who has experience doing this kind of job.

I have a few small jobs. Please see photos. 1. Wood rot in window frames that needs to be repaired / replaced. (not just bogged up) 2. About 2-3 meters of skirting board (standard 9cm high) to hide a small gap between floor and current skirting or floor slates. (see photos). This is to prepare for carpet laying. 3. A PVC moulding or strip to hide gap between vanity and tiles. The work is in South Yarra in a house (not apartment).
