Toro ride on mower. I am on Chemotherapy and to weak. Spine fitting has popped off and need to take rear wheel off to get to it and am unable to loosen the nuts. Can't start until reattached. Also a service if not to expensive

I need someone to remove this wheel hub cover and possibly the back plate and maybe the axle that goes in, most of the work is already done I just don’t have time to finish it or the patience. I have the replacement parts for it. Taking it off because a mate that done it last time stuffed it up and it’s a 2002 Mazda bravo b2500 for reference
