Wedding Planner Needed – Plan & Organise Our Wedding Under $5,000 I’m looking for an experienced and creative wedding planner/coordinator to help me plan and organise an intimate wedding with a total wedding budget of $5,000 or less. We are looking for someone to photograph and/or video our small, relaxed wedding on Saturday 5 December 2026 on the Gold Coast. Our day will include: Chapel service – St Margaret's Chapel, HOTA Photos at Emerald Lakes – French Quarter Reception – La Calabrese restaurant Approximately 50 guests Approximately 10am–4pm It is only a casual affair at a restaurant, so we're not looking for a big traditional wedding photography package or anything overly staged. We'd mainly love someone to capture the important moments, some family/group photos, couple photos and plenty of natural/candid shots throughout the day. We'd also be interested in some video footage of the day. We can provide our own Nikon D5500 camera for the photography if you'd prefer to use it. I am looking for a reliable, friendly and organised person to help with setup and pack down of decorations for our wedding. Not too much involved, it is only small wedding, at Archerfield airport in the passenger terminal. Tasks are- placement of pre-made floral bouquets drape hired wedding arch with garlands and fairy lights. Place 4 tablecloths over dry bars that will be set up by hire company. After wedding pack decorations back into room at back of the building (only about five steps away) There is no heavy items to lift and would suit someone interested in wedding coordinator or interiior design. If you can let me know if you have wedding/party set up experience. Set up can be from 10.30 in morning and pack down will be approx 5.30. The ceremony is at 4pm. Thanks

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and organised person to help with setup, guest assistance and pack-down for our garden wedding on Saturday, 7 November 2026. The role is quite simple — we mainly need an extra pair of hands so our friends and family don’t need to run around on the day. Tasks may include: * Helping unload wedding items from a car/loading zone and carry them into the garden * Simple setup such as putting together a linen sign/stand, placing pre-made flowers underneath, adding weights to outdoor items and placing boxes/items on tables * Helping direct guests from the entrance/gates to the ceremony location * Potentially helping with a small mocktail bar (TBC). There will be no alcohol or glassware, just simple mocktail service * Helping gather and pack down our items after the ceremony * Driving hired items back to their hire/supplier locations after the ceremony We’ll have a few hired items that need to be returned on the same day, such as parasols, garden umbrellas, a wishing well, signage stands and possibly small AV equipment. For this reason, you will need your own reliable car and valid driver licence and be comfortable loading the items into your car and driving them back to a few hire locations around Brisbane. All return addresses and supplier details will be organised and provided. You won’t be expected to do complicated styling or dismantle major structures — professional suppliers are handling the main wedding setup. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, friendly, proactive and comfortable carrying light/medium event items.
