The building has ongoing water ingress / waterproofing issues affecting several areas, including external tiled areas, planter boxes and other associated building elements. Some remedial works were previously commenced but were not fully completed. At this stage, we are looking for an experienced contractor to: Attend the site and inspect the existing conditions; Identify the likely sources of water ingress and waterproofing failure; Review any previously completed or partially completed repair works; Recommend a practical remedial solution; Clearly identify what works are genuinely necessary and what areas require repair; Provide an itemised quotation, including labour, materials, waterproofing system and associated works; and Advise on expected timeframe, warranties and any approvals/design documentation required before commencement.
