I am unable to set the timer on my automatic water heater timer switch to off peak time, this switch is on my electric main switch board. Since I have installed my solar battery I am unable to work out the the right functioning of the timer it is may be I an not setting it correctly or may be the switch is malfunctioned. I need an electrician who can access and fix this for me.

Requiring re plumbing of external water pipe work, approx 25m piping to be reconnected to sawed off point of source pic 1. Existing external pipe work was stollen and cut off at point as well at wall cavity, at bathroom, kitchen and toilet.second pic is the access point to bathroom. Currently there is no ceiling so accessing all the points of connect should not be an issue. Will require installation of wall water heater also.
