I’m fairly certain that our washing machines issue is the balance gauge, it keeps on stopping and shows the balance error symbol. We’ve tried so much by ourselves to manage it but now we can barely do a load, as it can’t handle anything heavy at all

Hi, I need help fixing a washing machine drainage issue. There’s an existing hose attached to the property’s original machine, but I removed it at the middle joint and connected my own washing machine hose there. It looks like the connection isn’t secure or doesn’t fit properly — the machine isn’t draining during the spin cycle, and there’s some leaking as well.
