Task Description: We’re looking for one experienced, reliable and proactive person to help at a private party for approximately 100 guests in Annandale this Saturday, 29 August. Hours: 6:00pm–12:00 midnight Rate: $50 per hour – $300 total We already have 3 other waiters working on the night, but need one additional person who can help fill the gaps, keep things moving and assist wherever needed. The evening will roughly look like: 6:00pm–7:00pm Help assemble and style a large charcuterie board Assist with final food and party set-up 7:00pm–8:00pm Serve and circulate finger food to guests Clear used plates/glasses and keep serving areas tidy 8:00pm–9:00pm Help organise and set out the buffet-style main meal Replenish food and assist guests as required 9:00pm–12:00am Clear plates, glasses and rubbish Keep kitchen, buffet and party areas tidy General clean-up and assistance throughout the evening Help the other wait staff wherever needed Important: Experience putting together and styling charcuterie boards is a must. Please share photos of any previous charcuterie boards or similar grazing-table work you have done when applying. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, well presented and happy to take initiative rather than needing to be directed for every task. Hospitality, catering, wait staff or event experience would be ideal.
