Install vinyl plank flooring in tiny 1 bed unit in Geelong west. It’s a concrete floor. This quote is just for your labour and materials. I’ll order the planks from Bunnings - you’ll need to pick it up on way. Not sure if underlay is needed- please advise. You’ll need to have experience with similar flooring. Unit is approx 6x10m Floor is flat apart from a slight slope toward back corner. Please bring glue or whatever tools you need. Carpet has been pulled up so you’ll need to pull up the nail strips around the walls. Small amount of vinyl on floor will need removal with a scraper (it comes off easy, we checked) Need done asap Bid is for your labour / time (and materials apart from the planks).

A template can be cut from the existing vinyl and this used to cut all the seats. The upholstering would then preferably done over on a Monday when the cafe is closed. This involves removing the existing vinyl and putting on the new vinyl. This needs to be done to a high standard and by someone with experience in upholstering with vinyl. You will need to commercially sow the vinyl sides onto the template (flexible timeline to make the templates) and staple the backing on using an industrial stapler (done on a Monday).
