TV Wall Mount will require new holes drilled into the wall. Once fixed, we will need assistance to attach 55" TV. Images attached. Location in Paddington. Preference to have the job completed by Saturday 20 September, but can be flexible.

A heavy duty TV wall mount that needs to be taken down. I have only been able to remove one of the screws. With the right tool this should only take a few minutes.

Hi, We moved into a new house and would like to mount our TV above the fire place. We already have a TV mount that should easily support the weight, but Im unsure what material is behind the brick layer of the wall. The fire is not currently in use, but we'd like to reserve the option to use it at a later stage. We also need a cable management solution once the TV is mounted. Cable covers would be fine, but we'd prefer installing new wiring, so cables are hidden.
