Description I’m looking for an experienced bore pump / irrigation technician to inspect, diagnose and repair an issue with a surface-mounted centrifugal bore pump in Inglewood. The system currently runs, but does not start reliably in automated mode and requires manual run-up time before irrigation operates correctly. I need someone to inspect the installation, overall setup, identify the cause, and repair it if possible. This is time-sensitive as new turf has been laid this week and watering is required. Ideally looking for someone this weekend. ⸻ System Overview (for context only) • Pump: Davey Boremaster 60061R (single-phase) surface-mounted centrifugal pump, not a submersible one. • Controller: Hunter X-Core (outdoor) • Pump start relay: Installed & wired • Irrigation: 3 zones • Water source: Bore only ⸻ What I’m looking for • On-site inspection and diagnosis • Identify why the pump does not start reliably / hold delivery • Repair or adjust the system I’m seeking an experienced person to assess and correct the issue onsite.I think the issue seems to exist below pump perhaps the check valve, but unsure. The pump is holding water and not running dry. ⸻ Important Notes - Electrical relay is already installed - This appears to be a pump / bore / hydraulic issue, not general sprinkler heads - Looking for someone with submersible bore experience - Happy to approve parts or follow-up work once the issue is understood

Cut approx 20 square meters out of fake turf in the yard and lay it at the front. Using the sand and cracker dust already there. Also have the pins/pegs to secure it down. Collect the white sand to go over the top and spread it over the top once turf is at the front. I will pay for the sand. The remaining turf at the back can be left there. You do not need to move it Pull weeds from the pavers in the yard and apply weed killer. Thanks

I need supply and install of artificial grass for the front lawn. About 6x8m area.

Surface has been levelled but may need to be tidied up or compacted I’m unsure? Would like to install drainage panels & then artificial Turf. Area needs to be finished for pet use only. No need to be “soft or comfortable” hence drainage panel is preferred to crackerdust. Not after anything expensive. Just turf pegged in flat & corners cut neat & tidy.

Small area (approx 8-10 square metres) which is currently flat and level lawn to be removed and have artificial turf laid. We are after a quality job that will last. Boundary to current lawn is paving, brick wall and steel edging. Job needs to be done on certain days when we can provide you with access.
