I am selling my house in Preston and need the front yard turfed ASAP. Status: I have cleared all hard rubbish/debris and filled the muddy potholes with stone. The site is 100% safe and ready for a Dingo/Bobcat to drive straight in without obstruction. The Job: 1. Machine Scrape: Scrape off old grass, weeds and top layer of mud/gravel. 2. Manual Edging: You might need to manually dig/trim the edges along the fence and house where the machine cannot reach. 3. Level: Spread a thin layer of sandy loam to level the surface. 4. Turf: Supply and install Kikuyu turf (approx. 110m²). 5. Clean Up: Take away the scraped soil/weeds. Requirements: Supply all materials (Turf, Soil etc). Own machinery required. Note: For house sale purposes only. I do not require deep soil cultivation or sub-surface drainage. Just a clean "Scrape, Level, and Lay." When: Job to be completed by 7th December.

Hey, we just renovated and don't have any grass left. We tried to grow grass with seeds but it's very patchy 🤣 we really want to be able to enjoy the lawn for summer. Rotary hoe (provided by you) back yard, rake and remove old grass etc, level ground and lay new Walter Buffalo turf (provided by me). Area approx 20m x 10m. Very level land.

We have a back courtyard garden that requires an experienced landscaper / labourer / turf expert to help us move in about 6 - 7 cubic metres of topsoil then lay approx 80sqm of turf. We will supply all materials, fertiliser. but require someone with experience to screed lawn, apply necessary fertiliser and compact turf. You must have really good experience with screeding, gardens and levels. You need to be able to supply dingo and compactor to assist. There shouldn’t be any need to remove any soil. My wife and I will help with labouring, but need assistance with someone who really understand levels and how to screed dirt away from property

Help to remove artificial grass and underlying gravel/weed mat and place in skip bin. Have already removed artificial grass and weed mat from half of front yard - require help removing rest of gravel on that side (in order to place a new top layer soil later).
