Reinstate 2-car parking space in basement. Roll up and remove all artificial turf 8x7m (quite heavy and lightly glued to sides) and clean up all sand after. Removal and disposal of turf and sand. (You may be able to sell the artificial turf - it’s in pretty good condition). You’ll need 2 people and a van/truck or trailer.

Remove old turf from front verge (dwelling & street side). Relay new turn street side. Prep dwelling side for garden bed incl. copper garden edging (supplied). I will be planting the new garden and will also supply pesticide as I suspect soil is infected by ecobug. I would like to do the job before winter to give turf opportunity to take.
