Have a section of yard next to our patio that is lumpy and weedy. Job updated - no new turf required. In our courtyard garden there is an area of turf 5.2m x 1.3m (approx 7m2 of turf) that has sunk on avreage about 90mm which means it is uneven with the adjoining tiled area. I want the current turf lifted and put aside, then good-quality suitable soil added (approx just over half a cubic metre of soil) , and the existing turf re-laid so that the new lawn is level with the tiles. I would like you to inspect and mesaure prior to starting the job. I need some Astro turf laid - the area has a firm base but I want it extended a little & further work needs to be done on the bedding. Can be cut into retaining wall at back & I’m thinking maybe a low lying brick surround (like you can see in the picture) could be laid around other 2 edges. The turf is a quality one, which doesn’t require sand brushed in on top. The picture shows the area - the turf has just been thrown loosely on top. It’s about 8m2. I need a professional finish, so someone’s who’s done this before would be great 👍
