Large olive tree needs trimming - sides only

Just cut down this bottlebrush in my front yard and I'm looking for someone to take the branches and clippings away and grind down the stump.

Requiring a stump grinder to remove the large base of a succulent plant (yucca). Timber soft. Easy access in front yard.

Tree stump removal, 18cm diameter. Have been slowly letting it decompose, however is taking too long and I want to put in a garden bed. Have managed to remove roots on two sides, just one side to go. Prefer full removal over grinding as about to put in some new wood for the garden beds/more soil. Looking to have a tree stump in my backyard dug up and broken into some smaller pieces.

Use of a grinder to remove tree stump. Tree removed over 12months ago. And is only a small portion of the stump left. Grind 2 small tree stumps in our back yard to 15cm below ground level. Both stumps are currently cut off to about 10cm above ground level.
