Stump removal of this hibiscus

Looking to advice and connection with someone who can advise on who can help with the stump removal and I would like the area (4x3metres) returfed. Maybe I need 2 jobs or one, not sure.

Discovered a large yucca stump when I was clearing space for a shed. It would need grinding to ensure it doesn’t grow back.

I need someone to come finish off a job only half-completed by an unreliable arborist team. They removed the tree but left the stump fully intact in the bed. I just need someone to come remove the rest of stump so we can replant a new tree in the bed. The space is relatively tight so you’ll need to be quite careful/accurate with the stump grinder. I removed most of the soil/mulch from around the stump so you can see it’s size and shape quite clearly in the photos. Please note that the price listed reflects the fact that the job is half-done and I’m doing the best I can after being ripped off by the previous people. Thanks so much!
