Good Afternoon, Upon Submission for a first floor addition to council we got an rejection letter and have been asked to provide: 6. Arborist Report Arborist advice addressing the impacts of the development on any trees in vicinity and addressing any impacts of the development of excavation on these trees and addressing any proposed / required canopy pruning. There are no trees on the property however the neighbouring property (there is a tree that covers some of the existing single storey roof space, therefore would need to be pruned), there is also a tree on the rear neighbouring site that they believe may be impacted by our excavation of the pool. This property's ground level is approximately 3m higher than our backyard ground level however i guess it also needs to be addressed. The site is only 125sqm and is considered a small job

We have a mixture of general gardening tasks that we are looking to be done at a suitable time. Task 1: Cut down and stump grind existing shrub- we have a shrub with two branches in our backyard that has mostly been cut down. We need someone to cut the remainder of the tree for removal and stump grind the remaining part of the stump. As we are planning to start a vegetable garden in this garden bed, please don’t use poison to kill it off.The first photo is of the tree Task 2: Tree pruning – We have some overhanging tree branches over the garden, as well as a couple of low-hanging branches over the deck that need to be cut back. Photos 2-4 don’t give a great impression but we are talking about 2-3 tree branches that are about 2 metres off the ground. Task 3: General Weeding – The area in the garden bed with the shrubs discussed above (photo 5) needs to be completely weeded, as does the area around the side of the house (photo 6).
