Need a tree stump removed from my backyard.

I would like to get a tree removed. Its branches were cut down a couple of years ago and I would now like to get it removed completely. Access will be given to the back of the property through our neighbour's proprty at the back as they would also want to get it removed. We will be replacing the fence, so no need to protect it.

11yo date palm to be removed and stump cut level with ground please. It hasn't been maintained so it's got some ants and plenty mulch up the stem. Very porous around outer trunk. You can see before you accept if need be.
