I’m looking for an experienced handyman or deck specialist to repair scratches and refresh the finish on my outdoor timber deck. The deck has multiple light-to-moderate surface scratches across several boards (see attached photo). I’d like these smoothed out and the deck re-coated so the finish looks even and well blended. Scope of work: • Light sanding of scratched areas (or full boards if needed for blending) • Surface preparation and cleaning • Apply stain/paint to match existing color • Ensure a consistent, even finish (no patchy areas) Details: • Deck is already stained/painted in a brown finish • Open to recommendations on whether spot repair or full-board recoat is best • Please bring your own tools and materials (or specify what’s needed) Deck paint will be provided

I have one ripped Merbau decking board that has lifted. Need a handyman to re-secure the board flush with the deck. Please bring a drill, bits, and appropriate decking screws. May need to pre-drill and countersink to prevent splitting the thin board
