I’m looking for an experienced tradie or handyman to sand and re‑treat my outdoor timber deck. Scope of work: - Clean and prep the deck (including removing any dirt/debris between boards). - Sand the deck back to a smooth finish (including edges and hard-to-reach areas). - Apply 2–3 coats of suitable exterior deck oil/stain for weather protection. Details: - Location: Hughes, ACT. - Approx. size: 15sqm - Timber type: Merbau - Current condition: weathered with old stain You will need: - Your own sanding and application equipment. - Experience with deck sanding and oiling, including previous similar jobs. Materials: - I can supply the deck oil/stain. You will need to supply all other tools.

Need to Install wooden floor for area 100sqm across 6 rooms. Material would be supplied. Existing 4 bedrooms has carpets on concrete floor. 2 other rooms has wooden floor.

Look for professional wooden floor installer to: (1) replace floor boards affected by once leaking shower, to match with existing timber boards; and varnish/coat to resemble remaining floor; and (2) replace section of skirting affected by prior water damage. (I will paint after Install)

We recently moved into our apartment and had the carpet pulled up to reveal the timber flooring (the first owner laid carpet on top of the timber). This has resulted in little nail holes/marks and some glue around the apartment - not a massive deal, but also would like it fixed up a bit. We also have a toddler, so not expecting perfection - just wanting help to make the marks not so obvious.

Require timber floor cracks bogged, floor sanded and oiled. Area is 42m2. Timber is pine, I think, the yellow tinged timber many Canberra homes have from the 60’s. This is a temporary fix as we plan to knock-down rebuild in 2 years.

Apartment timber flooring - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024

Need floating floors installed areas is roughly 65 sqm, materials are on site just need them installed. Have attached image of space , floors to be laid inside highlighted areas and red walls have been removed. All old floors will be removed and space cleared to work freely. - Due date: Before Saturday, 12 August 2023
