I need my splashback 2.2m long and 50cm high tiled with pencil subway (20cm x 5cm) inside my pantry. There is one long way and 3 small walls. I can do rhe silicone and grout myself

I am in need of 8 subway tiles to measured and cut around electrical outlets and taps for kitchen splash back and 7 450x450 tiles cut to 160 height for bathroom. The subway tiles have been pictured and the bathroom.

I need the hard floors/ Tiles of a body corporate complex professionally cleaned.. This is aprox 40 sqm over 2 landings (1st and 2nd floor). and some stairs . The tiles are a little bit coarse so will need a tile and grout equipment that cleans and sucks water. Job can be done anytime during the day (keybox on site)

Bathroom 3 years old, but the floor grout is very coarse/rough and holds onto dirt/bacteria etc. Would like the grout (just the floor) replaced with smoother, easier to clean grout. Bathroom is 110cm W x 270cm L.

I had advertised removal of my glass splashback a couple months ago and the glazier who came was a nice guy but he could not get it off.
